The Pipers Um not often do you come across aband that has all the trademarks of Brighter things, you may find a band with a vocal talent that outweighs the other member of the band, you may find a backline that outweigh the frontline..BUT hang on The Pipers seem to have all that and then some 'Hallelujah' is the most perfect mix of Indie rock I have heard for some time, Ian Clarke(Guitar/Singer) has one fantastic voice and the raunchy guitars on Hallelujah cut and jab like a prize fighter on speed...The Feed back and sheer rock stance of 'Cupboard Love' is just as good, but also very clever, it seems to switch between Indie Rock and Blues, with twisted Vocals.

The Bands offering on the CD I heard ends with 'Happy Street' a really nice breeze of a tune, soft Vocals and wimpy guitars, it never breaks any speed limits and sits just fine with the other tunes on this recommended taste of The Piper, still un signed.
