Was this the most important Album of 1979, well yeah, if not it was right up there with the Secret Affair's Glory Boys and The Jam's All Mod Cons .5 bands fresh faced and smart pushing onward the ever growing Mod revival of that Summer. You can feel the sweat dripping from your forehead, you can almost hear the "Sorry Mate" as people push past you to get the front of the stage to see the HOTTEST band of the night Secret Affair strut their mohair stuff.

Nothing groundbreaking

Not to say the other bands on this Record should get no mention Squire and the Mods and esp The Small Hours are strong on this.It captures a moment in time, if you were there you'll know the score ,if your new to this Mod lark then track it down and you'll sigh..Nothing ground-breaking in production but what the hell, even if the bands and songs were naff then it's worth checking for the cover alone, but hey its a good un all round..
